Mariève Deschamps is a creative leader with 20 years of experience in the cultural and entertainment industry. Based in South Florida, her career has taken her across production, human resources, and strategic operations, working on international projects and touring shows around the world.
She currently serves as Line Producer and Senior Project Manager at Moment Factory, where she develops large-scale multimedia experiences and partnerships for clients such as UNICEF USA, Google, and AT&T. Prior to this, she spent several years at Cirque du Soleil, leading global HR operations for over 1,500 employees across multiple touring shows, where she played a key role in leadership development, organizational strategy, and large-scale transformation projects.
Deeply connected to the arts community, Mariève has also worked with Cirque Éloize and produced numerous cultural events. She led a dance school for over a decade, overseeing its development and operations. She currently serves as Co-president of the Board of the Circus School of Verdun (Québec, Canada), where she supports the organization’s strategic direction and community impact. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of artists and contributing to organizations that make the performing arts more accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, along with graduate studies in Industrial Relations and Cultural Organization Management.
