Kevin (VEK), a Miami-based mover, guides you through the space between structure and freedom in this all-levels contemporary fusion class.

This class uses guided improv to explore musicality, intuition, and finding your own way of moving.

We’ll start with an improv-based warm-up and exploration, then finish with a short combination that brings some of those same ideas into choreography.
